Remembering the rich and complex history of ANZAC Park established in 1916, the Save ANZAC Park campaign of November 2010 - April 2011, that the park is a war memorial park and a green space for everyone - it would be highly inappropriate for any individuals, groups, organised groups, politicians, or political parties to use ANZAC Park or the ANZAC spirit for political purposes or ambitions. However, the park is there for gatherings and for everyone to use, enjoy and respect.
